Founder, Nicole Slavitt
Nicole Slavitt is a transformative digital media executive with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and media. She has held senior leadership roles at some of the most influential brands in financial journalism, including Dow Jones & Co.’s Barron’s, Yahoo Finance, and TheStreet, building and scaling businesses that have shaped how millions of investors access and consume financial information.
Her career began in public service, where she worked as a Research and Archiving Assistant in the Washington, D.C. office of U.S. Senator Bill Bradley — an experience that instilled a deep appreciation for rigorous research, institutional integrity, and the intersection of policy and public life.
As General Manager of Barron’s digital business, Nicole drove subscription growth, advertising performance, and user engagement while relaunching the brand’s premier wealth advisor events nationally. At Yahoo Finance, she led a team of more than 100 professionals across editorial, product, engineering, and sales — maintaining Yahoo Finance’s position as the #1 financial destination while pivoting the business to a mobile-first, video streaming platform that delivered material earnings growth. Earlier in her career, Nicole served as Director of Product Development at TheStreet, where she built the company’s first centralized product team and consistently drove positive earnings quarter over quarter.
A recognized authority on digital transformation and emerging technology, Nicole has also advised early-stage companies through growth strategy, revenue development, and capital raises, most recently supporting an AI-powered social media intelligence platform through a successful Series A.
Nicole holds an Executive MBA in Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University. She is a mom based in Stamford, Connecticut.
